To take part in a sponsored event please download your FREE Sponsorship Pack and complete the registration form by clicking the button and return your completed forms via email to: info@theosfoundation.co.uk

Once we have received your completed registration form you can start collecting your sponsors, remember to ask every one you know to sponsor you, friends, family, colleagues and share regularly to your Social Platforms - let people follow your fundraising journey with regular posts, updates and photos so that people can get involved in your fundraising journey. Remember to tag us on Facebook and Instagram sp @TheosFoundation so we can follow your journey too!

We will hold your information for 12 months and keep your records safely following current GDPR guidelines. We collect this information to know who is fundraising for us to prevent people fraudulently telling people they're fundraising for us.
