Safer Births Alliance...

We are proud to be a co-founder of the Safer Births Alliance . We are a group of bereaved families working together to prevent negligence in maternity and neonatal care, safeguarding little people.

We are campaigning for changes in legislation for Safer Maternity care and justice for families that have experienced the devastation of a preventable death during or after pregnancy.

This alliance was co-founded by us and Isabella-Grace's Angels - Stillbirth & Baby Loss Support.

There are many ways you can help our campaign from Signing our Petitions, donating and even contacting your local MP - you can find out more on this below.

Please also help our campaign by sharing to your social media platforms and with everyone you know. This will help to raise awareness on the subject of preventable deaths in maternity and neonatal care.

You don't have to have experienced the loss personally - you could be a Grandparent, Sibling, Cousin, Friend, Colleague or neighbour of someone who has experienced the loss of a child, but your support will help the campaign and to create change. All of your help and support is massively appreciated by us and each of the families you are helping to campaign for.

Sign the open letter and help create change, for safer maternity and neonatal care.

How you Can Help...

If you can help by contacting your local MP and ask them to help with the Safer Births Alliance campaign? Here's how...

  •  Contact them with an outline of your concerns (both local and National) and/or ask for a meeting.

  • Click the button below to download a letter for you to edit. When editing please delete Sir/Madam as appropriate and at the end add your name and a reason for signing for example a short blurb about your experience, the date it occurred and in which Hospital.

  • Say that you are supporting the Safer Births Alliance’s call for a statutory public inquiry on maternity safety in England and across the UK and that you are asking for them to do the same. Ask for them to write to the health secretary (Wes Streeting) to push for this.

  • Keep people updated - remember to share with those who also may wish to send a letter in to their MP's - the more pressure that is put on the Government the more they will have to listen.
