Here you will find all of the things that we are doing for Baby Loss Awareness Week 2024. Including our campaigns to turn local landmarks pink and blue and our Wave of Light Service which will be held annually at Holy Trinity Church Sheerness, and in other locations as we expand. If you have a request for somewhere local to you that could hold a service please let us know so we can help to arrange that for you.

We are Proud to Turn Pink and Blue for Baby Loss Awareness Week 9th - 15th October. We understand this week is an extremely difficult week for many, and can trigger a lot of mixed emotions and trauma. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time if you need any extra support. This can be done via email or on our Social Media Platforms. As always we are sending extra love and strength. 

Wave of Light Service...

We are grateful to join in partnership with Holy Trinity Sheerness for a Wave of Light service on Tuesday 15th October 2024.

The service will be starting at 19:00 with the doors opening at 18:30. Suitable for the whole family, everyone is welcome.

At 7pm we light a candle in honour of each precious baby and have the opportunity to say their names. We would like to invite you to join our charity - whether affected by baby loss or you would like to support and honour those who have by joining in the global Wave of Light commemorating the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week.

The service will be short, featuring, readings, poems and a time for reflection. If you would like to contribute by reading a poem or passage, please let us know via email: info@theosfoundation.co.uk Tea and Coffee will be available.

If you are able to make it to our Service please let us know by clicking the button below. Candles will be available for you - however if you prefer you can bring your own.

If you are unable to attend in person we will be Live Streaming the event to our Facebook page, if you would like a little ones name included in the service or added to our remembrance tree - please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

We have been busy campaigning this year to turn landmarks local to us Pink and Blue. If you are local and manage to see these please be sure to tag us on social media using @TheosFoundation #theosfoundation #BLAW2024

This is just the beginning and each year we intend on campaigning to turn as many buildings and landmarks pink and blue for Baby Loss Awareness Week as possible. To honour the babies that have gone far too soon and to honour their families. Photos will be uploaded here once they have been lit for BLAW.
